to sign up as a community member and enter competitions and promotions. In order
to provide these services, pubscene collects personal information about customers.
Collection of this information will occur at the time you enter a competition or
when you register as a pubscene member, through our website.

If you enter a competition through pubscene, we need to collect personal information
about you, including your name, address, email address and telephone number(s).
This is so we can contact you to send you a prize, or to notify you in the case
of an event cancellation or change of event details.
When signing up to become a member on pubscene, we ask a short series of questions. This is to gauge the demographic of
people using pubscene so we can improve and target the information and services
we provide on pubscene. We also use
it to determine where you heard about pubscene to gauge our marketing campaigns.
Use by Third Parties
pubscene will not

anyone. pubscene will only send personally

Any information posted on use forums becomes public information.
Pub Crawl routes and your own pics can also be saved on pubscene.
These routes and pics are public, unless you un-check the public option when
saving them. While pubscene strives
to protect and respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information
you disclose on pubscene.

pubscene strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable
information of our customers. We use a variety of physical and electronic security
measures to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use
or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data
transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.

We may collect certain non-personal information to optimise our goods and services
